No. It only displays the live stream in a element and measures volume. No bytes are uploaded.

Why is my mic label blank?

Browsers hide device labels until permission is granted. Click Allow, then the label appears.

Device enumeration shows speaker outputs, but actual sound output requires an audio source. Use any audio playback test site in a new tab.
